Detroit Lions — Brandon Pettigrew, Eric Ebron return to practice

ALLEN PARK — All the Lions injured tight ends were back at work on Thursday, at least in the portion of practice open to the media.

Brandon Pettigrew (foot) and Eric Ebron (hamstring) did not practice on Wednesday, but were back at it. Joe Fauria, who did practice on a limited basis on Wednesday, returned to practice. He has missed five games after spraining his ankle in a puppy related incident.

It’s still unclear if any of the tight ends will be ready to play on Sunday against the Miami Dolphins.

Calvin Johnson and Reggie Bush returned for the second straight day of work.
Defensive end Nick Fairley (knee) remains out.
