ALLEN PARK — James Ihedigbo, who has not practiced in more than a week, was back at work today (Friday). The Detroit Lions starting safety (neck/knee) was participating in the individual drills that were open to the media. It’s unknown if he was a full participant throughout the practice.
If Ihedigbo can practice again on Saturday, he’ll have two practices in prior to the regular season opener on Monday night against the New York Giants at Ford Field.
Safety Don Carey (hamstring) remained out.
Defensive tackle Caraun Reid (shoulder) was limited on Thursday. On Friday he was participating in the individual drills.
