ALLEN PARK — Lions Calvin Johnson and Reggie Bush did not practice today (Wednesday), but Joique Bell returned.
Johnson and Bush suffered ankle injuries in Sunday’s loss to the Bills and were not able to finish the game.
Johnson met with the media earlier Wednesday and said he would do everything he could to be ready to play on Sunday at the Vikings.
Bell, who missed Sunday’s game, was back at practice for the first time since the concussion he suffered on Sept. 28. He had a helmet in practice and was participating in the drills that were open to the media.
Tight end Joe Fauria, who injured his ankle in a freak puppy-related incident, also did not practice. He is off crutches and out of the orthopedic boot.
Linebacker Travis Lewis (quad) also did not work.
