The Detrot Lions' fan who used a laser pointer on the Buffalo Bills at Ford Field on Sunday has been caught, according to FOX Sports 1 NFL insider Mike Garafolo. He reported on Twitter from the NFL owners meetings in New York on Wednesday night.
The fan, who shined the laser on quarterback Kyle Orton and holder Colton Schmidt, will be banned from games. Peter King of MMQB.com Tweeted from the meetings that the fan is a teen-ager.
Laser pointers are not allowed at Ford Field or any of the four North American professional sports leagues.
