ALLEN PARK — Calvin Johnson and Reggie Bush did not practice again today (Thursday). Both injured ankles Sunday and were unable to finish the game.
Bush was spotted carrying his helmet and leaving the practice field just as the reporters were allowed in today.
Johnson didn’t practice the last two Wednesdays and Thursdays and was limited on those Fridays. He has not missed a game after initially injuring his ankle on Sept. 21 against the Packers. He has three catches for 19 yards in the past two games combined.
Offensive coordinator Joe Lombardi said Thursday morning it was unclear whether Johnson and Bush would play on Sunday at the Vikings.
Also, tight end Joe Fauria (ankle) remained out along with linebacker Travis Lewis (quad).
