FOX's Tim Ryan left Detroit Lions Calvin Johnson off All-Pro ballot

Tim Ryan was the culprit who once again left Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson off his Associated Press All-Pro ballot, according to ProFootballTalk.com.

Johnson, who broke the all-time single season receiving yards record set by Jerry Rice in 1995, received 49 of 50 votes to claim a spot on the first team.

Ryan, former NFL defensive tackle, works for FOX Sports and SiriusXM NFL Radio. He has yet to make a comment on why he didn’t put Johnson on his ballot to make the choice unanimous.

For the Lions, Ndamukong Suh was named to the second team.

So what? Ryan's entitled to his opinion and I agree with him. Johnson's overrated. The only reason he got that record was because Matthew Stafford kept heaving the ball in his direction over and over every game. Suh has become a bad joke. He shouldn't be going to the pro bowl. He should be taken for a long overdue trip to a woodshed somewhere.
