Hobbled Calvin Johnson to start; Levy, Delmas, Spievey out

No surprises among the Lions inactives for today’s game at Jacksonville.

Calvin Johnson, who has been slowed down with a bum left knee, is active and will start. It’s quite possible he’ll see limited action after not practicing all week.

DeAndre Levy will miss his second straight game with a hamstring. Ashlee Palmer will start in his place again.

Safeties Louis Delmas (knee) and Amari Spievey (concussion) were declared out on Friday.

Ricardo Silva and Erik Coleman will start in their place. It will be the third start for Silva and fifth for Coleman.

The Jaguars are without RB Maurice Jones-Drew (foot), S Dwight Lowery (ankle), CB Rashean Mathis (groin)  and RB Montell Owens will not play.
