Delmas, Spievey, Williams still missing from Lions practice

ALLEN PARK — It’s not looking good for Detroit Lions safeties Louis Delmas (knee) and Amari Spievey (concussion) to play on Sunday against the Packers.

The two didn’t practice today (Friday) and haven’t since their injuries. Delmas hasn’t played since he re-injured his knee on Oct. 28. He had surgery on the same knee on Aug. 7.
Spievey has not been cleared to play since suffering his concussion in the Monday night game at Chicago on Oct. 22.

Also, defensive tackle Corey Williams, who didn’t play against the Vikings, also hasn’t practiced all week dealing with a lingering knee issue. He underwent surgery on it in on Sept. 25 and has played in three games since then. He said on Wednesday that he’s day to day and wasn’t sure if he’d play Sunday.

Kicker Jason Hanson, who has a sore left knee, looked like he was limited again in practice, at least the portion open to the media.
