ALLEN PARK — Calvin Johnson (knee), Chris Houston (ankle), Cliff Avril (back) and Erik Coleman (eye) returned to practice today (Thursday).
Houston sprained his ankle on Sunday and didn’t practice Wednesday. With the Lions facing Aaron Rodgers and the Packers on Sunday, it will be huge if Houston can play.
Avril and Johnson have missed practice here and there over past few weeks and still were able to play.
Coleman was poked in the eye on Sunday and didn’t practice on Wednesday.
Still out were Corey Williams (knee) who said on Wednesday that he is day to day.
Also still out are Louis Delmas (knee), who has missed the last two games, and Amari Spievey (concussion), who has been out for three games, remain out.
