Stefan Logan is NFC special teams player of the week
ALLEN PARK -- Lions return specialist Stefan Logan has been named the NFC’s special teams player of the week.
Logan returned a kickoff 105 yards for a touchdown in Sunday’s 44-6 win over the Rams. It tied the Lions’ record for longest touchdown return.
More importantly it put the Lions up 10-3 early in the game and provided a spark for the offense and defense.
Logan, who is just 5-foot-6, was cut by the Steelers on Sept. 4 and signed by the Lions two days later.
