ALLEN PARK — In all likelihood, the Lions are done signing big-name free agents after they picked up DE Kyle Vanden Bosch and WR Nate Burleson on the first day of free agency on Friday.

“I’d be surprised if there was another big one. One of our successes last year in free agency and scouting was some of our lower salary guys, guys who came in very hungry. Guys who came in trying to prove something,’’ coach Jim Schwartz said today.

In other words, they might not sign any big names but they could sign lesser-known guys who will be productive.
