Ndamukong Suh’s reputation for being a fierce and occasional dirty player on the field doesn’t help the Lions defensive tackle’s reputation off the field.
Don’t be too quick to believe a report that came out of an interview with FOX Sports analyst Heath Evans by Detroit’s Matt Dery on 105.1 FM on Friday.
Evans said that three Lions had told him that Suh was uncontrollable and a headache in the locker room and that he tried to show up former coach Jim Schwartz.
Not saying Suh is a saint, but I wouldn’t believe Evans without more evidence.
Remember Suh was voted a captain last season by his teammates. I never heard any rumblings about this type of behavior and I was at every practice all last season.
Suh’s salary cap hit for next season would be $22.4 million. The Lions would like to extend his contract to get him signed for the long run and open up cap space.
Suh fired his agent last week and has not announced that he’s hired a new representative although speculation is that he will sign with Jay-Z’s agency.

Heath Evans is a known Lions hater and gossip. He's got about as much credibility as Pinocchio. Nobody with a lick of sense believes a word he says.
