Detroit Lions: Reggie Bush very limited; Calvin Johnson, Louis Delmas back at work

ALLEN PARK — It was mostly good news at Lions’ practice today (Thursday).

Calvin Johnson and Louis Delmas, who both have lingering knee woes, were back at practice after sitting out on Tuesday and Wednesday.

It’s not unusual for either one to take an occasional maintenance day.

Reggie Bush (calf) was on the field, but wasn’t wearing a helmet. In the individual drills when the running backs were running through a corded grid, he held the ball tight tightly and ran beside the grid. He didn't make any cutting motions. It's likely he'll be listed as out on the injury report.

Players stretched indoors, and then practiced outdoors to prepare for the conditions at Philadelphia where the temperature is expected to his 38 degrees on Sunday.
