Detroit Lions: Jason Fox, Don Carey do not practice

ALLEN PARK — Lions' right tackle Jason Fox and safety Don Carey didn’t participate in practice today (Wednesday).

Neither could finish the game on Sunday. Fox has a groin injury and Carey has a soft-tissue injury. Both walked out onto the field after the position drills.

Safety Louis Delmas (knee) and running back Reggie Bush (thumb, groin) both went through drills in the early portion of practice open to the media.

Bush dislocated his thumb and injured his groin during Sunday’s game but played through it.

Delmas played 100 percent of the defensive snaps, but his knee will be a concern throughout the season.

The Lions play at the Arizona Cardinals at 4 p.m. Sunday. The Cardinals lost 27-23 to the St. Louis Rams on Sunday.
