DETROIT — At halftime of today's game the Pride of the Lions charter class will be announced. A permanent stadium display honoring 12 of the greatest players in team history will be unveiled.

The dozen to be honored were announced this morning: Lem Barney (1967-77), Jack Christiansen (1951-58), Dutch Clark (1934-38), Lou Creekmur (1950-59), Dick "Night Train" Lane (1960-65), Yale Lary (1952-53, 56-64), Bobby Layne (1950-58), Barry Sanders (1989-98), Charlie Sanders (1968-77), Joe Schmidt (1953-65), Doak Walker (1950-55), Alex Wojciechowicz (1938-46). All are members of the NFL Hall of Fame.
