  No real surprises for the Lions. DT Grady Jackson, who has been easing his way into training camp, will not play.
  Wide receivers Calvin Johnson (sprained thumb) and Bryant Johnson were not expected to play and won’t.
Others who won’t dress are: WR John Standeford, CB Keith Smith, S Louis Delmas, S Daniel Bullocks, RB Maurice Morris, S Marquand Manuel, LB Zack Follett, LB Jordon Dizon, C Dylan Grandy, T Kirk Barton, TE Casey Fitzsimmons, TE Brandon Pettigrew and WR Dennis Northcutt.
