Reports: Lions agree to deal with WR Rashied Davis
The Lions have agreed to a deal with Bears WR Rashied Davis, according to several reports.
Davis, who had nine catches for 84 yards last season, will likely be the No. 4 receiver behind Calvin Johnson, Nate Burleson and rookie Titus Young. Return specialist Stefan Logan will fill the fifth spot.
With the addition of Davis, Derrick Williams is a longshot to make the team. Williams, a third-round pick three years ago, never lived up to expectations.
The Lions are expected to release Bryant Johnson today.
The team will not confirm any deals until after free agents are allowed to sign at 6 p.m. on Friday.
