Mojo update
Two blogs for one today, but I just got off the phone with Maurice Joseph and he said, despite a zillion rumors to the contrary, he still hasn't decided where he'll be playing his college ball next year.
Joseph, who's looking to transfer from MSU for more playing time and to pursue a graduate degree, confirmed that he visited both Rhode Island and Vermont earlier this month. He also said he spoke with MSU coach Tom Izzo about his pending decision over the weekend.
"He just wanted to see where I'm at with the whole thing and see where he can help, see who he can call," Joseph said.
There's no hard date set for a decision, but don't be surprised if Mojo makes his choice in the coming days. It's in his best interests as a basketball player (and student, he's set to graduate next spring) to settle on a new home soon.

What time today did you speak to MoJo?
Talked with Mojo shortly before I posted the blog, around 11 a.m. He's back home in Canada sifting through his options with his family. He took two trips the same week earlier this month to Rhode Island and Vermont. Both schools would welcome him with open arms, and both schools would put Mojo closer to his Montreal home. Check our paper for more details as they develop.
Thanks Dave. All us fans will be at our haven vtsportsnetwork.com waiting for his decision. Who knows ESPN may even televise us waiting for the decision to be made and then (hopefully) celebrating accordingly.
Dave - Do you have any idea as to which way he is leaning? Also, does the fact that he is taking longer to decide than anticipated mean anything to you? Thanks -

Apparently URI fans are on their message board gawking about the Vermont fans post about ESPN televising MoJos comment. IT WAS A JOKE PEOPLE... URI is really worried about losing MoJo to us eh?
