Lappano would have been bottom of my list, even after Backus. If he couldn't help our Tight Ends stop dropping footballs, I don't see much help for our Wide Receivers. I'm not a huge fan of Bonamego, but I think he's right where he should be on your list. It's been a few years, but once upon a time he was a very good ST coach. I like both of the Washburns, but I don't think the impact will be that huge. Our Oline has a huge turnover, so continuity was very important, but I am taking more of a wait and see with that one. Theoretically, the Lions are still running the Wide 9, so a coaching change on the Dline that won't change the scheme won't improve the deficiencies that the overuse of that formation has shown.
